Howl O Ween 2010

We just wrapped up our second annual Howl O Ween event here at Smith & Shedd.  Everyone had a blast, and the pet costumes were a hoot!  Event Slideshow.  Besides the pet costume contest, the dogs were given the opportunity to bob for tennis balls (I don't think we had very many takers), and the Doggie Boneyard was set up like a free for all obstacle course for them to play in.  The kids had a wide variety of activites to keep them busy as well, and a few adults couldn't resist participating.  Games included a pumpkin toss, ping pong water bowl toss, and canned food pyramid toss.  Prizes were given to all participants, with special prizes for our winners.  We had a Build-A-Bag station where the kids could decorate trick or treat bags, a painting station, the Puppy Pantry where everyone decorated homemade cookies for their dogs, and the Tattoo Parlor.  If you didn't make it, you missed out on lots of fun, laughter, and refreshments.  We hope you decide to join us next year, and make this a family tradition.
